Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed, insured, and bonded up to $15,000.
Do I need to be home for the service?
No, you don’t need to be home. Please ask about completing services in your absence, and we’ll walk you through any steps to make it easy.
How payment methods can I use?
We accept all major credit/debit cards with a 2.9% processing fee, cash, check, or Venmo. Payment is due upon your satisfaction once the job is complete.
Windows
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
For residential homes we recommend cleaning the exterior windows annually and the interior windows bi-annually. We offer window cleaning based on the individual needs of the client. With our service, you’ll be looking through your windows, not at them.
What are window panes?
Panes are the individual glass sections within a window frame. Find some examples on the Window Cleaning page.
Gutters
How do you clean gutters, and do you clean up the mess?
We first blow the debris off the roof and valleys. Then we hand-scoop the debris out, check the mouth of the downspouts, and flush the downspouts to ensure proper drainage. Next, we talk with the customer about our downspout filter recommendations. Lastly, we rinse or blow off any surfaces that are dirty from the cleaning. We always strive to leave the property cleaner than we found it.
Do you recommend a gutter protection system?
We recommend routine maintenance unless you have large amounts of debris falling year-around. For specific situations gutter guards can be worth the investment, but this is only when the gutters need to be cleaned three or more times a year to maintain proper drainage. With our recurring maintenance, we can help you avoid the upfront cost of covers and keep your gutters and roof clear.
Do you install roofs or gutters?
Our technicians can only replace gutter nails with gutter screws and reseal leaking areas of the gutter system. We do not install any roofs or gutters.
